This bit with the long shank and the small twisted dogbone mouthpiece will give you the most control and leverage out of all of the Sherry Cervi Barrel Racing Bits. Since this bit does have the smaller twisted wire mouthpiece you will really need to keep soft hands and not be yanking or jerking on your horses mouth. This bit will give you the added leverage you may need to maintain rate and body position in turns with speed.
